1st Visit - Consultation

 The purpose of the Sisterlocks™ consultation is to determine your eligibility. 

• Thorough hair and scalp assessment.
• Tester locs will be applied to help determine the best locking pattern for your hair texture.
• A quoted price will be provided and valid for 30 days. 
•  Must arrive with clean, loose, natural hair. 
• If you have chemically treated, heat damage, and color-damaged hair will not be acceptable for this consultation. 
• Must have at least 4-5 inches of new growth. 
• Ages 12 and up only.
• Pricing is determined by hair texture, hair type, hair length, density, and timeframe.
• A 25% non refundable deposit is required to hold dates.
• We offer payment plans, Afterpay, credit or debit options. Balance is due in full by day of appointment.  

On the day of your Sisterlocks™ establishment arrive on time for your scheduled appointment. 

Other things to know

• Do not blow-dry, or straighten hair. 
• Do not add any conditioners, oils, or moisturizers.
• If you are coloring, make arrangements 2-3 weeks before the appointment.
• Feel free to bring any devices with chargers, earbuds, a neck pillow, a blanket, books, and entertainment to keep you engaged during the time of your establishment session. 
• Lunch breaks are 60 minutes for each scheduled day. 

Once finished, your loctician will inform you regarding the next steps.

• Your loctician will schedule your follow-up and additional appointments before you leave. 
• Ask questions to your loctician regarding your concerns and limitations. 
• Follow the instructions your loctician provides for best results starting your loc journey.
