1st Visit - Consultation

Requirements before booking with us:

• Hair must be healthy. If you have severe hair damage from heat, color, thinning, or scalp conditions, this consultation is not recommended for you.
• We do not use loc extensions for any service.

What clients receive from the consultation:

• A thorough hair and scalp assessment.
• Tester locs to help determine the best locking pattern for your hair texture.
• A quoted price that will be valid for 30 days. Pricing starts at $850 and up with a trainee.
• We service clients ages 12 years old and up only.

Pricing:

• Pricing is determined by hair texture, hair type, hair length, density, and timeframe.
• A non-refundable deposit is required to secure installation dates.
• We accept payment plans, Afterpay, credit cards, debit cards, and cash. The remaining balance is due in full on the day of the appointment before services begin.  

On the day of your Sisterlocks™ :

• Sisterlocks will not be installed in one day.
• We do not blow-dry, or straighten your hair. .
• Feel free to bring any devices with chargers, earbuds, a neck pillow, a blanket, books, and entertainment to keep you engaged during the time of your establishment session. 
• Lunch breaks are 60 minutes for each scheduled day. 
• Clients will receive standard size SL during the establishment.

• Your loctician will schedule your follow-up and additional appointments before you leave. 
• Ask questions to your loctician regarding your concerns and limitations. 
• Follow the instructions your loctician provides for best results starting your loc journey. 
• Clients will receive a customer care kit and hair accessories with all the supplies needed to get them started along the way for  first few months starting SL journey.
